A: Every dance class at Dance Code Studio begins with a warm-up portion that the instructor either leads your through or gives you an option to stretch as you need. Q: Do I have to wear heels in a heels/pumps class?

A: Wearing heels/pumps is not mandatory but encouraged. If you are a beginner or new to this style of dance, we highly recommend starting in your sneakers and working your way up as you get more comfortable with the movement and technique.

A: Any heels/pumps that you feel balanced and comfortable dancing in would be good options as long as they have some sort of ankle support. We recommend smaller heels for those who are new to dance or dancing in heels.
